The signal layer. Where you learn what’s actually working. AI-native support systems, proactive success workflows, retention intelligence. If you think support is a data product, not a cost center, you belong here.

Finance & Strategy

Capital allocation, unit economics, modeling, forecasting. Every venture needs someone who can build the financial instrumentation — not just read the dashboard but build it. Bonus if you’ve already automated your own spreadsheets out of existence.

Engineering

Full-stack, backend, infrastructure, data. We build fast, deploy often, and iterate brutally. Frameworks change. Languages change. The ability to learn and ship doesn’t. AI-assisted development is the baseline, not the ceiling.

Design

Product design, UX, systems thinking, information architecture. We don’t do decoration. Every pixel encodes state, flow, or measurement. If you think in systems and ship in code, we need you.

DevOps & Infrastructure

CI/CD, cloud architecture, observability, platform engineering. You keep the machine running and make it faster. Infrastructure as code is the starting point. Autonomous infrastructure is the goal.

Security & Compliance
